In its first month as a full deli, Heidi's doubled its gross receipts!
In May of 1999, Steve and Heidi opened the second Heidi's Brooklyn Deli in a northern suburb of Denver. The first franchise location opened in March of 2005, and there are now more than 30 locations with more to come.
