Nick-N-Willy's Pizza® was founded in 1989 in Boulder, Colorado, and grew quickly and steadily as a purveyor of a truly unique concept: high quality gourmet pizzas that customers baked at home in their own ovens. Our signature pizzas gained an avid following and grew to be known by many as an incredible taste experience fondly recalled from a visit to Boulder. Our exceptional pies continue to form the mainstay of the Nick-N-Willy's menu today.

Nick-N-Willy's Pizza® now offers family-style restaurants designed for today’s busy working professionals and their families. Our restaurants prepare fresh made pizzas in a custom Woodstone gas-fired brick oven, dedicated to the art of creating a traditional Italian style pizza. In addition, restaurants include televisions as an entertainment source and, in some cases serve beer and wine. Our fast-casual style restaurants continue to offer our pizzas ready-made in open-air coolers that make it convenient to drop in and pickup dinner on your way home to bake in your own oven. Or, call ahead and we will have it baked and ready for you! Nick-N-Willy's menu also offers a choice of fresh made salads, desserts and cold beverages to consume at our restaurant or for those on-the-go.

Our pizza crust is like no other. And our small batch dough is why. Using our own recipe of blended flours (don’t ask, it's a secret), we make our dough fresh each morning with 100% pure Carapelli® olive oil. Then we cut, knead and toss it by hand. Take it from us; there are easier ways to make pizza dough. But there's no better way.

Nick-N-Willy's Franchise Company, LLC offers single unit and multi-unit franchises to qualified applicants. The initial investment of a single franchise ranges from $294,500 to $399,500, which includes the $25,000 initial franchise fee. Additional locations may be purchased for a reduced initial franchise fee from $5,000 to of $15,000. A more detailed description of the initial investment is available in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which is available for review to approved franchisee candidates. Royalties are 6% of net sales. )

Nick-N-Willy's business model features our baked pizzas in the store for take-out or dine-in, b) take-N-bake pizzas to go. We also offer calzones, wings, fresh salads, desserts, sides and beverages.
