Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the first Greenberry’s Coffee Co. store opened in Charlottesville, VA in 1992. We opened with the intent of serving the finest selection of specialty coffees, teas and fresh-baked pastries in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In order to ensure the integrity and quality of the coffee we sold, we knew that we needed to roast our own product. Even today, every batch of coffee we sell is roasted by hand and shipped fresh on a daily basis. Our Master Coffee Roasters view roasting as an art, not a job, and the difference is evident in every cup we sell.
You provide the desire and ability to learn and apply our techniques and we will provide a proven operating system that works for you. You will receive training and support before, during and after your new business opens. Training sessions will be conducted by skilled store operators with years of store experience and the knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day realities of operating a Greenberry's store.
Our support structure also includes site selection assistance, extensive training, and design and construction assistance. We focus on architecture and design and maintain aesthetics that create a warm, inviting atmosphere in your location. As a franchisee you will benefit from exclusive purchasing arrangements with our vendors and suppliers.
You will be given an Operations Manual, which will become your "co-manager" for guiding you through everyday operating questions. After opening your Greenberry's location, you will receive ongoing consulting in key areas such as marketing, cash-flow analysis, customer relations, and day-to-day operations. You will also receive valuable information and updates for operating your Greenberry's store as well as detailed guidance
