Qualification of investor
Investment or F&B groups who have the potential to role the brand out in a certain area. We prefer a franchisee who will have 3 or more outlets in this area. The group needs to have some experience in F&B.
Training & Support
Creating of the food menu including recipes, the New Chef will be trained in a current location with a Maison Mathis concept experienced Chef. 1 week before opening he will come for 1 week to train the kitchen team, assisting in costing sheets, etc.
