Tita Tatta started as a small food business on August 2002 catering mostly on siopao, siomai, pizza, burgers, etc. However, the proliferation of people in the island gave rise to the need to offer additional dishes, thus, the eventual inclusion of short orders like pancit canton, bihon, lomi, spaghetti, halo-halo and sizzling plate dishes in its menu.

The offerings grew in number from simple dimsums and pizzas to special noodles, icy beverages and concoctions which really made a big wave among its growing market.

With this innovations, Tita tatta Restaurant, which opened on Aprll 2005, surely made a real difference in the food industry of Ormoc City, with its quality food offerings and excellent service, the big wave of Tita Tatta promises to make a big splash in the different parts of the country through Franchising.
