Bakers’ Fair & Foodmart, Inc. began in 1965 as a small bakery in downtown Metro Manila. With only a handful of skilled and dedicated people, we were able to bring to life the spirit of good, fresh Filipino baking. Our first products, Pan de Sal and Pullman Bread, were instant favorites among first-time customers.
The one outlet at the corner of Avenida and Recto soon grew into a chain of outlets around Quiapo, Binondo and Sta. Cruz. Earning the taste and favor of more and more downtown residents, the delight of Bakers’ Fair’s fresh baked goods became a must-have among hotels soon joined the roster commuters and vacationers on the road. Schools, restaurants and of institutions enjoying our products and serving them as part of their product line.
Using the best quality wheat available in the market, our loaf breads and sandwich buns are combined with the European tradition of sponge and dough method for bread-making.
Our freshly grilled dice hopia and dice mongo are the centerpieces of our store. The mongo fillings are made with the purest of ingredients to bring out the best aroma and flavor.
Snack cake favorites like mamon and pianono roll, deliciously creamy egg pie, satisfying fruit twist, and extra special leche flan, among a variety of others, are baked with quality ingredients and packed fresh.
Filipinos love to celebrate! And what better way to celebrate them with than with a Bakers' Fair made-to-order cake iced with French buttercream.
