The Ridpest System
You are awarded the license to use Ridpest intellectual property including name, trademarks, proprietary information, operating system, training procedures and all other aspects of our unique franchise system.
There will be comprehensive training in our headquarters and on-site at your location. The training covers the important aspects of owning and operating a Ridpest Franchise and includes operational, marketing, administrative and a liberal amount of on-the-job training.
A Field Support Staff will visit you, weekly during the first quarter, fortnightly during the second quarter, monthly in the third quarter and once every quarter thereafter.
You will reap the rewards from our ongoing support in areas critical to the success of your business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administration procedures.
We coordinate the development of advertising materials and strategies to benefit the Ridpest franchise network. You will have access to consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level.
